I, being the data subject, acting of my own free will and in my own interest by filing this application and pressing the “Submit” button give to Speech Technology Center Limited, a company registered and operating in the Russian Federation and located at Vyborgskaya Embankment 45, Bldg. E, Unit 1-Н, Off. 133 194044, St. Petersburg. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) my consent to process my personal data contained in this application, using the automated systems and non-automated processing, including but not limited to collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, pseudonymisation, blocking, deleting and destruction of my personal data for the purposes of processing this application.

I agree to receive the information about the status of this application processing via telephone, e-mail and SMS messages.

I acknowledge that:

• this consent is provided from the moment of this application submission and is valid for 1 (one) year unless withdrawn earlier as stated below;
• this consent can be withdrawn by submitting to the Company (via PDN@speechpro.com) an application for this consent withdrawal, drafted in any form, but containing an explicit statement of the consent withdrawal.

The data processing may be continued by the Company only on the legal basis stipulated in the Company’s Privacy and Cookie Policy and applicable legislation.
