Call Logger belongs to the new generation of STC multi-channel voice logging products. It is specifically designed to monitor the performance of agents in call-centers built upon AVAYA or Meridian PBX. Built upon reliable Smart Logger platform Call Logger is the right choice for overall contact center quality improvement, monitoring and analysis of agents performance.
Call Logger records all the conversations between customers and call-center agents. Managers can always listen to calls in real-time mode. The recorded data is saved, any call can be immediately found in the database and played back.

Administrator stations allow real-time agent monitoring as well as fast and easy access to all archived recordings.

ARCHIVING

Call Logger archiving stations provide storage of all the critical conversation data at the RAID massive. Each stored recording may be immediately played back any time.
