USA - Sound Cleaner Premium has over a 100 of installations in private and
government forensic audio labs, including labs in most prominent law enforcement
agencies.
China – The Prosecution Office of Jiangxi Province, Xi’an
Municipal Prosecution Service, China University of Political Science and Law,
China Criminal Police University, Guizhou Province Academy of Sciences, Taizhou
Municipal Security Bureau, Huaxia Evidence Identification Centre, Shanghai
Subsection of China Justice Ministry Identification Centre, and other national
security agencies of China are using full range of STC equipment for laboratory
voice processing and analysis as well as in field operations.
Complete
set of forensic audio investigation equipment, including VoiceNet, IKAR Lab,
Sound Cleaner Premium, is installed in General Prosecutors office of Hermosillo,
Mexico.
Bank of Al Jazeera - one of most rapidly growing banks in Saudi
Arabia is using Smart Logger system in its main and brach offices. Telephone
recordings are used for service quality assessment and disputes resolution.
Guardia Civil of Spain is using Smart Logger multi-channel call recording system
since 2001.
Italian Law Enforcement Agencies are using Smart Logger
system in crime prevention and investigation activities since
2002.
Electric Power Company of Macedonia has installed Smart Logger
system in dispatcher sites for recording emergency calls.
Mumbai Police,
India, is using Smart Logger for anti-terrorism and crime prevention since 2001,
providing more security for one of the biggest megapolises of India.
In
Colombian DAS (Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad) STC has installed
equipment for forensic audio analysis and provided extensive personnel training
on IKAR Lab, Sound Cleaner, VoiceNet.
Saudi Arabia Ministry of Interior
has chosen STC equipment for building forensic voice identification laboratory,
and STC experts are appointed as consultants for investigation of cases with
voice identification, speech enhancement and analysis.
Vietnam Ministry
of Public Security since 2003 has been constantly using Gnome digital voice
recorders for recording voice evidences in most difficult cases.
Russian
Unified Energy System (UES) state company, one of the biggest energetic
companies in the world, has chosen STC as a supplier of voice recording system
for dispatcher sites. Now Smart Logger system is installed in key communication
points of UES.

The Russian Ministry of IT and Communications awarded St. Petersburg's Speech Technology Center (STC) the prize for corporate integration of modern information systems and technologies. STC won for its Quality Management System.
